Elite Touch Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a service. By booking with Elite Touch Detailing/Valeting, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation & Deposit: All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit, payable via bank transfer to Elite Touch Detailing/Valeting, to secure your appointment slot. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to a new booking date provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling.

Payment: Full payment for the service is due immediately upon completion and handover of the vehicle.

Vehicle Preparation: We kindly request that you make every effort to remove all personal belongings and items from your vehicle prior to the commencement of the service.

Pricing & Additional Charges: Our listed prices serve as a guideline. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for vehicles with unreasonable levels of soiling, including but not limited to excessive pet hair, vomit, bodily fluids, or any condition that demands significantly more time and resources to rectify than initially quoted. Any potential extra charges will be discussed before proceeding where possible.

Working Location Requirements (Safety): In accordance with our insurance policy, we can only perform services in suitable and safe locations. We cannot work on busy main roads, in public car parks (unless specific written permission has been granted), or in any environment that poses a risk to our staff's safety or the integrity of our equipment.

Adverse Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather (such as heavy rain or high winds) that prevents us from carrying out the service safely or to our high standards, your deposit will be held, and we will work with you to reschedule the booking for the earliest mutually convenient date.

Mobile Service Requirements (Access & Space): For mobile services, we require access to suitable parking for our long wheelbase van and sufficient clear space around your vehicle to fully open all doors independently.

Mobile Service Requirements (Utilities): Access to an electricity supply at your chosen location is necessary for us to carry out our mobile services. While we carry our own water supply, access to an external water source may occasionally be required depending on the service.

Travel Charges: Travel is included free of charge within a 15-mile radius of Bakewell. Journeys exceeding this radius will be subject to a travel charge of £1 per mile.

Customer Understanding & Liability: Please ensure you have read and understood these terms fully. This helps ensure clear communication and that mutual expectations are met, allowing us to provide our service diligently. Please be aware that if any of the above terms are not adhered to, you may be liable for the full cost of the originally agreed booking.
